    Default [Request] Half the Loyalty Penalties? Or increase Faction leader influence?

    Is there any mod or any super easy way of rearranging the loyalty system for this game? I currently have around 7-10 generals and governors that are constantly having wavering loyalty. There's almost nothing I can do and they all get increased influence far more than my king does. And I was pretty much only able to do one of those "Secure Loyalty" actions once every 15-20 turns which is too effing much personally. Everything takes influence for your king. If you want to wipe after using the bathroom - bam instant 25 influence lost.

    I feel like your kings never get enough influence per round... Recently though my Saxon king died while sitting in Roma after slaughtering the Franks (don't ask... so many things are wrong with my story it's more arcadey than Pong). But my king only had one other living son who was around 14 years old so then some mysterious invisible "daughter/sister" person came up and she had around 150 influence and she (just like my king) only gets 2 influence per turn while it feels like all of my governors get 32 influence each turn.

    Any mod that fixes this? I don't want it harder, I just overall want it easier. More dominion, more public order, halved penalties.

    I've come to the point that I've just started kicking govenors out of office and throwing my generals into suicide missions just to try and prevent a civil war temporarily.

    I feel that there isn't enough political options, no way to quell or stamp out plots. No solidifying power or anything like that. So I too would like to see something that lessens the loyalty penalties.

    I kind of find it stupid that anyone with a higher influence over the faction leader gets penalties to loyalty because they think they're "better". Well why the hell can't I just make them king lol? And with new events popping up every single turn that requires influence and your leader gains influence like a snail but your town leaders get influence like a god.. It's just flat out broken.

    I think the system as a whole is good, but the values need work. It some situations it can make sense, like in the Western Empire with all of the political games the Romans play. But at the same time it's like, if you're active in the political game and doing stuff your leader should gain political clout more quickly than if he were to simply do nothing. But he ends up spending points far far more quickly than he earns them and there isn't much to be done to change that.

    Yep, and it was stupid because usually my kings army was the pointman in my military. He was right there charging into most battles and he was the one who went down to Italy and took Roma. But they gain influence simply way too slow and there are way too many events that constantly steal 25 influence almost every other turn.

    So... any mod ideas on this?

    ur mod is done..... Ur faction leader will receive 8 influence points each turn ...was searching Faction heir table but its hard to find so at the moment ur problem solved....

    The issue would probably be averted if you stopped making non-family members governors. Alternatively kill-off the ones who gain too much influence. If you're king isn't a governor you should have him leading your armies to gain influence.

    Next time bring a valid argument and remember, please remember - for the sake of remembering. To shut up.

    If you've read a word of English you'd know what my king was doing. And if you've played days of the game - you'd know that you don't have 10 family members at all times. For me, without the more children mod which you may or may not be using - I had my king/wife, son/deceased from war, daughter/princess, faction family member from Angles/wife/(cannot interact with different faction members), 14 year old son/non-applicable/ and finally the new girl that arrived on the scene after my king died in Roma.

    Quarter of my family are girls, quarter of my family are young children, quarter of my family are now currently other-factioned. The only two people that can lead or do anything is the new girl, and the son who can't even take office or do anything yet. But if you know of a way to magically spawn family members - then why not put it in your previous post?

    As for killing off people... I've already spoke about that that it takes 25 upwards to 70 influence to assassinate and it's out of the question when you can't get the influence to do it.
