    Default Mod Request: 476 AD

This is a mod idea I had for a campaign that takes place in 476, after Attila.

Britain has been divided between the Romano-Britons and the Angles, Jutes and Saxons.
Gaul was divided between Alamanni, Franks, Armorica, Soissons, Visigoths and the Burgundians.
Germanic tribes now have Slavic peoples as their eastern neighbors as far south as the Danube.
Iberia was split between the Visigoths and the Suebi and the small kingdom of Vasconia.
Carthage and the western Mediterranean island were ruled by the Vandals and the rest of North Africa was ruled by Romano-Moors.
The Hunnic Empire is gone and all that's left are Sarmatian and Hunnic tribes north and east of the Black Sea.
Hephthalites raid the eastern frontier of the Sassanid Empire.
The Ostrogoths rules Pannonia and the Gepids and Iazyges rule Dacia.
Julius Nepos claims the title of Emperor in the West but only ruled Dalmatia.
Odoacer rules Italy and Rhaetia et Noricum and fights with the Vandals over Sicily.
And the Eastern Empire didn't change much with its borders since the Theodosian split.

    Playable Factions:
    Romano-Briton
    Anglo Saxon faction
    Franks
    Soissons(Gaul)
    Visigoths
    Italy(Odoacer)
    Western Empire(Nepos)
    Eastern Empire
    Bulgars
    Hepthalites
    Sassanids
    Visigoths
    Vandals
    Ostrogoths
    Suebi
    Picts

Seems a good idea, but Julius Nepos was at that point the commander or in effect ruler of Roman forces in Dalmatia even if he was recognised as Western Emperor by the Eastern Emperor. Odoacer was securely ruling Italy. Julius Nepos would be better represented as one of the stronger post Roman remnants in the West.

It would be do-able. The bulk of it is granting different territories to appropriate factions, but setting hordes would be hard. Italy was ruled by the Herulians, who were rapidly displaced by Ostrogoths in Eastern pay. The Herulians were closely associated with the Goths, so there was likely little change among the Germanic rulers of Italy. No real changes to weapons or units would be needed, except to improve what is there already.
