empty files mod

Hey everybody!! I need an old mod that one of our members made...It empties out the file system, so you have empty files set up for modding. In other words it gives you an empty export_units file for example so that you can fill it in yourself... I've tried to search but I've had no luck. Can someone please point me in the right direction.

This is a good find; so was the forum you found it in.. I have to say that I think it was something that Lusted promoted back in the day. Nonetheless I'll see what I can do with this mod, although it's kind of like what I'm already working with which has given me a CTD at the start after adding my files.

I found them back in the misc folders an old setup made by Alpaca not Lusted...Just the same I searched before I posted so thanks to the barebones for getting me closer.
