Yeah Serbia is stronger now, what we did was create custom scripts that depending on who the player is certain factions are buffed and others not. If you play as Serbia you will get a bonus of troops and starting funds, also increased the region wealth and made it so they can recruit cav early on.

Changing the religion is much harder for some reason so that wont be done as far as i know.

Great. Will you make unit cards with image of unit or will they stay as they are(speking for Serbia) ? And it would be nice if you put a man in unit carrying a flag of a faction. Like they exist in vanilla.

Will you make Serbia more playable in version 5.2 ? I think Serbia is weaker in your mod than it was back in 1914. And some units have a bit of inaccuracies. State religion is Catholic and it should be Orthodox.

There comes a point when reasonable becomes questionable. For example, why would you want a Standard Bearer (flag guy) for WWI? You lose a soldier that can hold a rifle and carrying a flag becomes rather moot. I mean, as heroic as it looks to see a man run into a machinegun with a flag only to be killed along with everyone else near him, I don't think many people did that during WWI.

As for unit cards, I think they'll only be redoing France to correct some issues but that's it. I don't mind cards that are just basic information, like the cross rifles instead of a person or whatever. But a select unit does have a unique card, Foreign Volunteers to be specific. I find the minor nation cards to be faster to recognize than Major Nation cards as a lot of units tend to look alike and you have to determine how they stand to figure out who they are.

Will there be armoured cars in the next version? Would be a really fun unit. Just make them the same as the tanks but faster, no big deal if the wheels don't turn or whatever the shortcomings would be.

Each bespoke unit card takes ~20 minutes to complete, there are 1200 units in the mod.

I think that Serbian picture might be flat out propaganda. Taken from two pictures rather than one.

As for the French image, the flag isn't out and about and the Ottoman picture, they're just marching.

That being said, no. Holding a flag doesn't make an entire unit immune to machine guns. Rather, bright colors tends to catch people's eyes and everyone near the flag becomes a target so a flag makes a unit weaker.

There is NO propaganda. Serbian soldiers carried flag in almost all battles of WW1. Not all units should carry flag. Maybe only 1 type of units per faction. Like rifle battalion(old). I just asked leader of the mod if he would do it and you start arguing because of my question about simple flag ? And I asked you if one soldier carries a RIFLE instead of a FLAG. Does that make unit immune to machine guns. You did not read carefully ! Ottomans marching into the battle. Dude at that time at least one soldier carried flag. If battle is won or made any kind of advance to rise flag of your nation. Relax dude. IF modders don't want flag,than there will be no flag. Happy ?

My unofficial opinion is that assigning a standard bearer to every unit is a bit excessive visually. There's no clear alternative assignment besides restricting flags to generals only.

All I'm saying is the Serb picture is a mix of two pictures. One is a training exercise obvious because the officer is standing behind them and isn't in any danger at all. The image in the foreground is even colored, and he isn't even holding the flag. I did an image search and first thing that came up was THE GREATEST WARRIORS OF ALL TIME!!! Not even exaggerating, all caps. Is Serbia full of savage warriors who all have proved their might with extensive training that began in their youth? I don't know.

But I do know what it sounds like. And it sounds like propaganda.

Serbian soldiers carried flag 1914-1918(In almost all battles). Probably longer than any other nation of Europe. Training exercise ? This picture shows Serbian soldiers on Salonika front ! This is an awful and silly argument, and I would like people to stop using it. Yes, it is quite possible that someone knows a particular part of your country's history far better than you do.

It is likely you will know more about your country's general history than most foreigners. However, a foreigner whose interest is history, particularly when it concerns your country, is very likely to know more than you do.

A WW1 mod will naturally attract WW1 passionates, and these are likely to know a lot more about other countries' involvement in the war than most locals would.

Well I am not sure if he can beat me about Serbian history in WW1. I am not sure if he cares about Serbian history at all. Why do I think that. Becasue first comment he ever wrote to me started with ''Going out on a limb here,but I think you might be a Serb''. What does my nationality or country where I live have anything to do with this mod? And I started to think is it forbidden to be a Serb on this thread? But I agree that we should stop with these useless conversation. I simply asked if modder would do,I repeat, I ASKED. Because some soldiers carried flag 'till the half of the war,some carried it for the entire war some did not. It is up to modders to do what they want with their mod. Are we done ?

I understand since i am also working and i know you don't always have time. I just don't want this mod to die because it is by far the best mod for Napoleon that i have found and i have been playing it well 5.1.4 for the last year or so and made my own tweaks and mini-mods. I guess i just got carried away with excitement when i saw that your in phase 3 of testing
