Hello, I have a large abundance of free time which I could use to play test.

So long as you can conform to these guidelines youre in.

Phase 3 will be much more indepth so playtesters must be able to do the following:

1) Answer specific questions about the game in terms of balance, difficulty, general observations etc...

2) Logs have been added to the game to give us better feedback about the AI economy and such. This requires some special handling which will be explained. So, the tester must be able to keep these logs organized and supply them to the team when needed. (its really not that complicated just wanted to mention it).

3) Have time enough to play a full campaign from beginning to end, many changes have been made to the late game that really need testing.

Just want you to know I never recieved the new PM for phase 3 but also do not feel u have to rush it to me cause a very crazy work schedle this week but I can do more play testing next week

Excellent work! If U still need some testers i would love to help (perhaps i i need a little more time to play whole campaign - but if a week period is fine with You -than i'm on Your service Sir!)
p.s. i'm working on some sub-mod to Great War and i wonder if You are going to change units roster for major factions or only for minor/emergent ones?

So I noticed when fighting spain as France that some of Spains regiments are Vanilla characters and not WW1 just to tell you. Everything from there is well

I have put it on myself to try to play serbia til the end, its incredibly difficult, Serbia gets no generals, even with a general staff academy, everyone declares war on Serbia immediately, and your allies all abandon you, only intensive save-scumming can make serbia fun, they also have nowhere to research anything and end up technologically backward.

i know i see it late, but Latvia is emergment and Estonia isnt? Capital-wise i understand the choice, but not historically speaking. Estonia declared independence in february, Latvia in November (1918 both). During estonian war of independence, estonians basically helped latvians to create their country (Ulmanis goverment was overthrown by baltic germans still trying to create Baltic duchy while most of latvian soldiers were elite soldiers in red army). Estonians helped latvians to push both reds out as well as baltic german troops. Also region in NTW where Riga is capital, well.. take a look at this map:

Blue line, as im sure you can tell yourself, is furthest area which estonian troops held. In latvian territory this means until restoration of Ulmanis cabinet in Latvia and disbanding of Landeswehr. Estonians did send help to latvians later.
So my suggestion is to move latvians to Courland and let Estonia have Estonia.

The problem is the way they separated the regions and that they put Riga in the region called Estonia. So it seemed the lesser of 2 evils to have Latvia control both regions instead of having Estonia having Latvia's capital in its region. This way at least one is more right than both being basically wrong.

Being from Estonia is see why you would like this to be changed but i think its better this way, less confusing, better compromise.

Of course there could always be a "Glorious Nation Of Estonia" submod. I can even explain how to make the changes to you

I do appreciate it, but it wouldnt be that far off from real situation in 1919, Estonia being in Estonia & Livonia area along with Riga. Estonia was close of seizing Riga (in fact troops were in outskirts) when peace was made that ended latvian adventure for estonians. Plus latvians were very weak in terms of military before landeswehr war due to most soldiers converting to red side.
I do see your point though, but i still have to argue with that, since looking at map of 1919 summer, its more historical this way rather than Latvia having whole Estonia on top of their areas. Plus it would leave Estonia as only nation that wouldnt emerge from collapse of Russia...
