    Hm, it is a full mod already. There will be more additions and until then it does not really need a separate thread. I can think of noHDR in BM(battle map) and CM(campaign map) for starters and more specific changes later(when everyone knows whats the good/bad about the vanilla ones, if there is any).

    Thanks for the great video.

    Judging by the comparison shots to me GEM looks like it just adds a lot of blur. As a result a lot of the detail is lost. I will say, however, that the colour filter look great.

    I can wait but I pressed also the special ability buttons "plizz" and "can't wait" several times I've immediately appreciated the good job CA made on new fire mechanics in battle, this means they will become something much more after your filters will be applied. You remember the discussion about dark settings and european tastes? well this game IS pure dark age. First thing I'll try to do is balance desaturation ..until a proper recolour mod will arrive to enhance your Gem

    You can now download the A:TW GEMFXv1.0.8 stand alone version here (download section as always). Please enjoy and leave some screens and stuff
    (for UI-By-Pass to work, make sure to use MLAA in-game before starting the game with GEMFX)

    Attila GEMfx doesn't seem to work. I installed it properly but I don't see any difference. Even when I press K to check if the blur is working I get nothing.

    EDIT: Nm seemed to have gotten it to work. It's pretty blurry tho, gonna need some tweaking.

    What's UI-by-pass for? Game crashes on start up if I don't enable compability mode, is it normal? Also if I enable ui-by-pass and compability mode - everything stutters.

    UI-By-Pass, so GEMFX is not applied to the UI as shown in the OP picture.
    Compatibility mode depends on your OS. If you see effects applied then it is the way to go. Does the stuttering only occur in the main menu or also CM and BM?

    yes, it stutters in menu, cm and bm

    Stuttering occurs ONLY if I ENABLE UI-by-pass. When UI-by-pass disabled - everything works perfectly with only ~5 fps hit.
    update: I noticed that effects are not applied when ui by pass enabled

    Looks great, but seems to take a performance hut of about 5-8fps for me! Im also trying to tweak it, but it doesnt work, my game screen disappears and these huge white numbers just take over the screen.

    Yeah, By-pass UI seems to crash my game. And my fps drops a lot, didnt really do that for Rome 2

    Did you activate MLAA in-game first?
    Also fps should actually drop less than generic due to performance increase with update v1.0.8

    I fixed it! Fps drop was caused by the motionblur box being ticked on! And I had to unclick the UI-bypass to make it work. How can we keep the blur on, but not blur out the UI, which is now located on the top of the screen? Great work with the colors!
