Your situation happens to me when I have By-pass UI activated and compatibility mod or 64bit application chosen, try it, make sure by-pass UI is not activated and the boxes for compatibility mod and 64bit application are empty,

Can't find a download link for 14 on the ms website?

I have installation file that contains and installs all available versions at once, but I downloaded it from Russian torrent hosting site - so I'm not sure if it contains any malware, viruses etc. I can upload it somwhere else and post download link here, but I'm not sure if it's allowed by admins and if it's no problem for LuciferHawk

Hi Mr Freud would you mind sending me the link also please? Did updating to 2014 help the mod to work for you? Thanks in advance

I had something very similar with Rome 2 when I was trying this type of pack and then found when I had one of these installed....

.....and then reinstalled the GEMFX pack it started to work fine. I do not know which of the above helped but I do know that it then ran fine. I also applied all the .Net updates etc, including the latest - I thought that was important. I did all of the above with this mod removed first.

But after that I did reboot the PC.

BUT I did later start having issues from using some of these All in One installation packs for the VB installs and in my opinion they are really best avoided.

I now just use ReShade to add SweetFX to Atilla and it works fine, but I did try the mod here and that works ok.

Mine said pretty much the same yesterday if I remember correctly, seems to be un-hooking straight after it is enabled?

Is anyone able to use GEM in Attila without severe FPS drops? I want to know if it's even worth the effort to try to fix or not..
