Help with console

Hey I need help to change my console key, I read that I should change an option in descr_shortcuts.txt but I don't have this archive: descr_shortcuts.txt.
So what can I do?

You need to unpack the core data files. Then you can grab the relevant files and put them in TATW's mod folder.
