    Hey, no need to apologize, rough patches happen with mods, especially in initial releases like this. Was just making sure you guys were aware of the situation, not being upset about it - I mean, how warped would that be, being upset at you over a bug in something you're working hard to make and then distributing freely?

    Well that's good, also I've fixed it now so it will be in the update soon.

    Would your mod be compatible with Junaidi83's Better Aggressive CAI for Attila V 2.5 Mod?

    Well the Rome 2 version of this worked with the Rome 2 CAI mod so I don't see why not!

    Also all the missile problems in the extended version should have been fixed

    Yes I am me and Sheridan work together on the battles in a really weird not very efficient way xD
    I tend to make the battles longer and do all the boring balancing and fatigue/morale systems while Sheridan comes up with wacky things to create and did the original 1HP system and such.

    I was hoping this was so! I will over the coming weekend. I have held back from trying ATTILA. Until the first CA patch and the right combination of mods to make the game experience worthwhile.

    Happy to hear that Glado. Would love to hear your thoughts on this mod and if it lived up to your expectations (if you had any).

    The upcoming patch may give us some more material to work with, as well, which is going to be interesting.

    Generally enjoyed this very much, but had one problem - Onagers not only massively displace the balance of power (convincing the ai to attack me despite having a force of just 300 men to my 2,500) but the crews are also very hard to kill - they utterly trashed my lovely frankish cavalry in close quarters, as did some skirmishers, howevee I have a feeling that was due to the new charge system you noted; I should have angled the charge better rather than assuming I'd run them down no matter. Loving the return to the old 1hp system in any case!

    Thank you very much for the input, AnimaMea. I've noticed the same thing about the autoresolve balance, need to figure a way to address that. The cavalry should have had no trouble winning that fight though, it's possible the artillery engines kind of blocked the charge however. Even pretty poor lancers are generally more than capable of dealing with enemy skirmishers in prolonged combat, but this may vary depending on difficulty level I would assume.

    Wow looks awesome... But im with Radious, Aggresive CAI, AA mini overhaul, combatpack.... Im not sure how or what should i disable lol.. maybe start new campaign? Any suggestion to not run together mod?

    Loved the Melee! (dont use 2x unit mod i guess, with 2x unit mod soldiers seem to never die)



    Also whats with the archers? am I using them wrong? tier 1 archer firing tier 1 spear infantary seems they blocking every shots.
    so i was like yea they have shields but when they retreat I shot their back still no kill....(120 archer vs 34 retreating)

    Are you using the regular or extended version, Lamenam? Tier 1 spearmen don't stand much of a chance in the former, but I'm not entirely sure about the extended version.

    Yeah btw how much difference do 1 or 0.5 makes in Acceleration, Turn speed, Charge speed? im just fooling around and making very light to super heave 0.5 speed difference.

    I'll ask Petellius to see to it.

    0.5 or thereabouts in acceleration should be pretty notable, it's going to slow down heavier units a lot as they begin to pick up pace. On turn speed I don't think that's so much, 10 or so is however. For charge speed, smaller differences are pretty easy to spot - it's recommended you keep the charge speed roughly the same, or a little above, the running speed (otherwise it may actually look a bit silly).

    Oh now it seems okay, arrow doing some damage. I set it vanilla and no reduced campaign movement nor better CAI.1. maybe im bad but I got rekt by 4v4 Sciri(III) v Steppe(II) on very hard battle mode. steppe much more armor (HUNS)2. Throwing spears seems doesnt doing much damage3. No fire arrow on cavalry please. Also add whistling arrow to Huns?

    With the morale effect of arrows anyway, whistling arrows are pretty much redundant and in all honesty not really realistic. I just tested it and arrows work fine. Also I wouldn't really recommend it on the harder difficulty because of the bonuses the AI recieves.
