I've been trying to find where about in the db files or startpos.esf it sets the variantmeshdefinition for the main menu characters. I've successfully added the Picts as a playable faction with their own culture tab (celtic) and everything works great (apart from no family tree >.<). I've also found the frontend variantmeshdefinition files for the leaders in the models.pack. I've created one for the picts and used the same naming convention etc hoping it would load by itself but it doesn't appear. It just uses the model for the previously selected faction instead.
There must be somewhere that it assigns these vmd's but I'm struggling to find it... Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I have attached the zipped .pack file I'm mucking around with in case that helps.
