Battle Bug *Resolution Bug*

This has become an extreme nuisance.
For some reason, when a battle is initiated my resolution decides to change mid-load up (I know because the image zooms in like 10x into the screen)
What's weird is that when the battle loads up it (the battle map) looks like the standard 1920x1080 res except that when I attempt to select a unit I happen to actually be clicking somewhere south east of where my cursor is pointed...

It was a pain in the arsenal click the "End Deployment & "Start Battle" button as it was. How can I control my legions?
How can I, if I even can, change my in-battle resolution if that happens? How do I even prevent this from happening at all? Does this happen to any of you?
