    Default Command, Management, Influence

What do those 3 attributes affect?

Influence adds to public order, that's all I know.

Oh, and if you put your cursor over the influence ranking of a family member who has no influence, it says: "A stuffed olive has more influence than this man. It could choke somebody important and change history."

If he has no management, it says: "An under-achieving oyster would show more signs of being able to manage the day-to-day affairs of an empire."

management effects his skills of managing a city. im not 100% sure but i think the better the management you get a little more income, and superb management gets your guy traits to reduce construction times and get extra cash.

loyalty effects bribes/rebelling. a very low loyalty general is bribed much easier than a high one, and for less money. low loyalty generals also have a chance to rebel and take their army with them.

"Loyalty" is not one of the three attributes that your family members have...

Influence: improves public order and the chances to get a good diplomatic deal, also increases the number of bodyguards.
    Management: Adds income to cities.
Command: Not sure, I think it improves unit stats (attack, defence, morale)

"Loyalty" is not one of the three attributes that your family members have...
In Barbarian Invasion, loyalty is the fourth attribute. It determines how much it will cost to bribe them, and the likelihood of joining the rebel faction if there is a rebellion.

Some things I didn't know in there. Some things to add..

Influence: Increases a general's ability to convert settlement's religion (Barbarian Invasion). Increases general's chances of being elected to a senate office.

Command: More command, the broader the general's aura "Inspired by general's encouragements." Only increases morale, doesn't affect unit stats.
