    Default Modded Generals dont show any animation in campaign map.

    Hi.. Im doing a iberian overhaul. I created new generals for arevaci faction, but when i recruit some of them, no animation is showed. The new generals just slide through the map with their arms open like in assembly kit varaint editor.

    i got the general animation in the campaign_character_arts table to all the new generals but i think that im missing something.

    I hope that someone knows the solution. Thank you in advance.

    My generals have a "T pose".

    What do you mean animation? Did you change or add in the variantmeshdefinitions? I had the same issue but it was a game skin I could not use in the varientmeshes. I did not add new generals but made the existing ones more diverse. I've never tryed adding some and I might in the future but if your doing an overhaul just extract the existing variantmeshdefinitions and edit.
    cel_general_01 Campaign map He should have a sword and shield
    cel_general_01_battle Battle map You can arm him with what you want but you have to make sure he has the melee weapons that the officer of that unit(land) has in battle_personalities tables or create a new one for him. (I did that a while ago and could be wrong)
    cel_general_politician_01 Politician Avatar in the politcs
    Make sure all 3 have the same skin.
