So i decided to make this mod as i found the repetitive marching drum role on NTW3 to be quite boring and annoying at times and just bland. However old chaps and fellow NTW3 players who use the British fear not as i have replaced the sound files with famous British marches. all together i have managed to add 6 different marching songs to the game. If like me and my fellow BPA players you play in large games 3v3 or 4v4 for example by using this mod each army will have a different marching song to the other thus adding a variety of marching songs to the game. On a good day you will hear all six songs being played in a single battle each being played by a different players army. However this mod doesn't work 100% how i would like it too and sometimes you'll only get about four out of the six marches being played but four different marches sure as hell beats the same repetitive drum roll you get with standard NTW3.

This mod only gives you BRITISH marching songs so if you're someone who uses the Brits on a regular bases like myself then check this mod out, I may have plans to make a French marching mod or Prussian marching mod if someone can list some marches belonging to those factions as i don't have much knowledge on the marching songs they used.

Music used in the mod:
British Grenadiers (Patriot film version)(Quick march of the Grenadier guards.
Highland Laddie- Quick March of the Scots Guard (bagpipes)
Cock O' the North (bagpipes)
Micks March (Neutral quick March)
Lilliburlero
Prince Albert's March

Install: Click download link of filedropper website enter the key it gives you and your download should start.
then simply drag and drop into your NTW data folder and replace the older file. Bit of advice would be to save your older file somewhere on your PC just in case you ever want to remove the mod.

French marching mod will be uploaded shortly. Just need to find one or two more suitable marching songs for the Prussians and that will be up shortly

One unit in your army should be playing it, the other units will use the standard NTW3.

So only one song out of your list of songs plays? I have looked through the pack with PFM and I have not seen any of the songs in the list.

First make sure you have NTW3 to the latest patch. Then launch your game and start a 3v3 with each army having 20 units. When the battle starts up each army will have atleast one song being played by a particular unit. For example if I set up a 3v3 with you my army would probably play Highland laddie where as yours would play micks March. Only ONE unit in your army will play it. The mod works as I haven't had any reports from other plays about it on my steam profile. An all my clan members seem to have it working as I can hear it through TS. I shall upload a video of the mod in action soon.

Couldn't you just make them all playable in one army? It is possible, i have done it myself.

On pfm, go to the fx1 pack that you use, then to battle_musicians then just change every individual file in the folder with one of the ones you posted. They must be in the same format and must have the same name.

Can you demonstrate how you can change the music. In one of my posts above, I have placed some samples of the military marching music. I'd like to make one file of all those marching music for all the spanish army. But I don't have the necessary knowledge to do so can some one help me?
