[Submod] Marble and Limestone Building Fix

You probably wouldn't notice unless you were playing Sparta, but the Marble line of buildings is worthless past L2, since the income of 175 at L4 is not worth -8 food and -10 public order.

I've fixed it to match other L4 resource settlements - 100 -> 800 at L4, just like Silk.

can you post file mate i never use steam on account that its crap at enabling mods for priority. Thanks

I'd love to use this, but won't because it's only on steam.

You can use the vile, loathsome Steam Workshop to d/l mod.
Then move move file to another folder.
Then unsubscribe from mod on Steam.
Then re-insert mod into data folder, and voila! It's 100% freed from any Steam interference.
