unusual season (mild winter)
in the mild winter it says under description its cold but not unbearable (which is understandable for mild winters but the penalties dont make sense. why is there limited campaign movement range, less morale if you would expect a warmer winter for troops to be easier to move and improved morale? there were two other penalties as well, also the lower agriculture income i didnt understand as you would expect a bit more to be able to grow during winter (if planted at all). these would make sense if it was an overly harsh winter but not a milder one but am i missing something? i am playing as romans, in cispania with full control of the province

Re: unusual season (mild winter)
hey,
I don't have the exact boni/mali for different seasons ready but you have to compare it the other "versions" of the same season of that area. Even if its a mild winter its still winter! A usual winter has harder penalties so it does make sense.

ok sorry i mis interpreted, i took those stats as the stats "in addition to" a normal winter and not the total effects of winter in general. my apologies.
