They are vanilla nation, not redone or included in DeI.

is it that hard to do fix for this?
If DeI is positioning itself like historically accurate modification.
as i can remember, there was some fix for Bithynia
They probably shouldn't be Dacian, though they were allied with Dacians historically, they were probably Germanic with a lot of influence from both Dacians and Sarmatians.
1180, an unprecedented period of peace and prosperity in East Asia, it's technology and wealth is the envy of the world. But soon conflict will engulf the entire region with great consequences and lasting effects for centuries to come, not just for this region, but the entire known world, when one man, one people, unites.....
Actually, here's what wikipedia (which maybe isn't the best source) says: "The ethno-linguistic affiliation of the Bastarnae was probably Germanic, which is supported by ancient historians and modern archeology.[1][2] However, some ancient literary sources imply Celtic or Scytho-Sarmatian influences.[2] The most likely scenario is that they were originally a group of East Germanic tribes, originally resident in the lower Vistula river valley.[3][4] In ca. 200 BC, these tribes then migrated, possibly accompanied by some Celtic elements, southeastwards into the North Pontic region. Some elements appear to have become assimilated, to some extent, by the surrounding Sarmatians by the 3rd century."
So it's not entirely certain what they should be like, but probably Germanic. Maybe give them some of the Lugii, Eastern Germanic units.
And they also used falxes and also seemed to be heavily Dacian influenced.
I thought about a sub-mod making them playable and unique, as in unique units, generals, etc with a celtic, germanic, scytho-sarmatian and dacian mixture, but I honestly have no idea where to start with that... atm anyway
Then there's the problem with the religion, which Gods, which temples... and so forth
BTW.
Does anybody know how accurate this representation is?

Accurate for what? Looks like a late Bronze Age or early Iron Age warrior, maybe Urnfield or Hallstatt culture before the invention of trousers in the midst of the first millenium BC. What does it actually depict?
Yeah, but sing also say 700 BC so it might be a bit outdatedAlso by the sign I judge it is from some polish museum, since above BC is "p.n.e." (Przed Naszą Erą - Before Our Age).

It's from the Wikipedia Page, yes from a Polish museum![]()
It is labelled as reconstruction of Bastarnae clothing of 3rd/2nd c. BC allegedly from the Archaeological Museum of Krakow (what I doubt). I would be really surprised if the Bastarnae in the 3rd c. BC would have used a bronze axe of such a construction or a leather shield like this which looks suspiciously like Bronze Age design. The year 700 BC would fit better but surely not for Bastarnae. If it really reflects the appearance of the Bastarnae I would be pleased, Germanic barbarians without trousers and beards are always welcomed. But I fear it's a mistake by the Wiki page. They would have looked like other Germans or Celts, perhaps similar to the Przeworsk culture. http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Ca...Jh._v._Chr.JPG
