Garrison Size

I can't seem to find anywhere in the tables relating to garrisons where to edit their size. I know DeI did.

in armed_citizenry_units_to_units_junctions there is priority for each unit of a garrison building / group wich is at either 200 or 300. Is this the amount of that unit to the corresponding Garrison group?

size as in men per unit? or size as in number of units in a garrison?

ignore the priority field it mereley determines the order that the garrison units will be displayed when looking at the garrison
