New cultures do not appear in DEI 1.04

One of the things that led me to install th DEI mod 1.04 was its more realist culture system. Hwever, i9 have noticed that new cultures are not appearing in my game. African/arabian cultures are marked as "eastern" and so is the parthian ciulture (which i read had the parni culture in this mod).

i made the download of the 1.04 version of this mod, why are the new cultures not appearing?

It is only shown correcly if you mouse over in the faction summary when you are playing that specific faction or if you mouse over in the settlement details. but on the normal campaign map they can look wrong... however they are working correctly in 1.04!

There are multiple culture "types." The overall culture is Easter/Barbarian/Hellenistic/Roman. These are then divided into subcultures.

The actual culture or "religion" of a faction is a separate thing. It can be confusing
