Re: Looking for trade partners
Khosrau bows.
"Lord of Corelia I come from Dorsum seeking trade. Trade and business were disrupted by the eruption of the lately wars, but my grandfather struggles to regain the former levels of trade and income"
He speaks with clear voice.
"Your industry is one of the very best in the whole Empire, the goods here produced one of the finest. The trade between our company and yours would be highly beneficial for both. The public demand of goods like yours is high in Dorsum and we would eagerly welcome them. Our ships are ready to deliver our finest products, including personal communication devices, holoboards and monitoring services. The proximity between our systems also advices that a peaceful and bountiful relationship is established between Dorsum and Corelia"

Re: Looking for trade partners
OOC: Now is your chance to make any other offers that you wish/mention any modifiers like charisma if you have them. I'll do the roll next post.
"You have made an interesting argument Khosrau. Trade with a capital domain is a very tempting offer but is there anything that you wish to add before I make my decision?"

Re: Looking for trade partners
He scratched his nose.
"I want to inquire about the daughters of your house still unmarried, my Lord. Certainly a marriage alliance would be beneficial and wise, a marriage between our Houses, something that will tie us, two honorable, old and proud houses of known deeds and past. Remember our proud ancestry, that can be traced to an emperor, Hasan III himself. And forgive me, your lordship, if my proposal is bold"
ooc: +2 Charisma. I specially want to marry a heiress (as Khosrau has no inheritance on his own), so the eldest daughter would be the chosen candidate.

Re: Looking for trade partners
Chance of daughters: 10/20 with a D*4 determining how many.
Rolled a 9, so he does have daughters. Rolled a 2 so he has daughters.
"So House Mihram wishes to forge a marriage with my House in addition to a trade route. i do have two young daughters who are eligible for marriage, an 20 year old and an 18 year old with their names being Kira and Alessandra respectively." said Lord Corelia. "However, I am not likely to part with my children so easily. You offer of trade helps you slightly but I will require more from you for their hand in marriage."

Re: Looking for trade partners
"They are suitable matches, indeed, however this marriage cannot be arranged without the consent and intervention of my grandfather. My Lord of Corelia, the trade would suffice for now, until details are discussed with my Lord and grand-sire. Alternatively my younger brother is also unmarried, and would be, possibly, a better match for your blessed and highborn daughters. However I can assure that only the best treatment would be reserved for scions of your noble house, for my House is known by its nobility and respectful behavior"

Re: Looking for trade partners
Base: 10/20 roll +2 charisma
Final Roll: 12/20 roll
Rolled a 1, so he happily accepts.
"Of course. As for the trade agreement, I will be happy to accept your offer. Electronics are always useful. Now I believe that this is everything correct?"
