Design without the Text and a little brighter
Another Mock. With Milestone on it like bethencourt was suggesting. A little hard to read which was why I didnt really see the point in doing it with words that much

There is already an award based on this template.![]()
I like that without the text at the bottom. You cant read it on the small ones anyways.
I need to find a better upload site, its killing the quality of the low res ones. I went for the bronze style because who knows, you may do 20 years and 20,000 post and that could be silver etc.
Do check the normal version to get a clearer view, I'll try and alter the quality of the two below.

We may change the name of the award into the X award. Maybe?
Or else I think there should be a milestone in there somewhere.

Updated my post with a badge that has "Milestone" on it and improved the quality of the other badges.
Why does it have to be specifically 50x50, there are many badges that even go up to 75x75, some are 60x60 etc.

Small/Medium/Large awards. This award is a small award as such it needs to be that specific size.

From the constitution " A Small Award is defined visibly by a postbit icon less than 25 pixels in both dimensions." so if we take the constitution literally, they cannot be larger than 24 pixels in each dimension.
The reason why MAARC and other awards nowadays categorized as small awards have other icon sizes is because that the award category "Small Awards" didn't exist when they were created. They were created as community medals in 2008 and at that time there was no defined maximal size of icons.
Naturally, since the Milestone is a constitutional award conceived as a small award it is liable to the constitutional framework of the time of its creation, not to the constitutional framework of the time of the creation of other awards.
So, unless HEX might decide to change this or the constitution is amended, it's 25 pixels maximum or to be precise less than 25 pixels.
That all being said, I find it a tad late to argue the size of the award now. If people would have preferred it to be larger in size (which was proposed right from the start and was decided against through discussion in the proposition thread), they should've voiced their opinion when the medal got proposed. It's a tad late to argue for a larger medal size now until after the discussion was completed and the vote held.
