[Guide v0.07] Roman Military Academy for DeI 1.1

Hi FlashHeart, those posts regarding the experimental pack and spotting range submod are from 2015. The main post however is updated for 1.1 (and its mini-updates). The VVV section will showcase the Roman tactics adapted to the in-game limitations of R2TW. I know there is nothing that any modder can do to fix these issues; if neither the DeI nor VV teams can do it then... only Mitch could have . I include the historical tactics and army composition for those who have an interest because this guide definitely won't teach people how to most efficiently win battles. I'm glad you like the overall feel of the guide! DeI is definitely my favorite for R2TW (and the only reason I continue to play it)
