Exploit when defenders are out of supplies and sally forth
1. Siege a city.
2. Wait all the turns until they are out of supplies and sally forth to meet you in the field.
3. Go to the battle map.
4. Press Escape and exit the battle.
5. You've won the battle, all defenders have been eradicated without you losing a single soldier or a single minute in the battle map.
6. ...
7. Repeat. Profit.
Arguably, the battles when they have to sally forth are incredibly easy on their own, as AI simply cannot cope with the whole procedure of lining its troops up in front of the gate and coordinating an assault. Especially that morale of defenders in such a battle is extremely low to begin with.
But this above makes it even easier and is almost irresistible, especially if they retreat to the city and decide to make a stand in the plaza to the last man. You just escape the battle and get a quick costless win instead.
Is it fixable?

Shoudnt it count as defeat when you exit the battle? O.o

i didn't know this
if it's a bug then it's not game breaking
there are many exploits to the game it's up to you to control yourself

Those sally battles are incredibly stupid anyway, they walk out to attack you outside the walls, fight for a bit and at the first sight of flanking try to run back to the city cause their morale breaks. Then your cavalry can ride through the gate and inside the city on their backs, winning the battle very fast.
Maybe it's for the better that there's an easy way to skip through them.
