Unpack Kingdoms data, now Graphic issue! Why? Do I have to delete any file? I guess... help please

Why did you unpack the game? Unless you want to start modifying the game it's not necessary. And if you want to do that, then I would suggest to reinstall the game and then proceed as follows:

1. Unpack the game into an external folder using this method
2. Install this basic modding folder and edit files in there, eg copy files from the unpacked folder into it and work with them
