A battle on the Anglo-Scottish border.

Took King Rufus up north to kick scottish arse and kick arse he did. This battle was a complete and utter victory for me, I think I lost perhaps 10 men while killing 1200 Scots. Longbowmen on ridge...army destroying units. Well that and the fact that the Scottish King decided to withdraw as he had no way of assaulting my position, that meant my cavalry could just chase down units as they withdrew.

The landscape looks very Highland like I think. Impressive.

That trebuchet carcass picture is gross. Kewl...

And I agree that the highland cliffs picture is stunning. WHat are your in-game specs, what is your comp spec, and what is your FPS? (wondering because I have to put together a new rig to play this...)

    THanks, ENSAIS

Everything is on high, except for grass (...I think?)...4x anti-aliasing...however I've turned off bloom, I think it looks horrible.

FPS is pretty good, couldn't give you an exact number, but it never struggles.

    As for my specs:

    Athlon AMD 64 FX-55
    GeForce 7800 GTX
    1 Gig 'o RAM

Nice screenie Chuffy, what settings you playing on, nice that the longbows do a good job, someone said archers were underpowered, unless the longbow gets good stats.

    waw... you observe good John_Doe... 61 turns + remaining 390 turns = 451 turns... maybe 1 turn = 1 year???

yea id like to say i think the longbowmen screenie is the best so far...

but uh... what exactly do the dead carcasses do... the unit banners turn green, does that mean something (i imagine it does, im just not really sure what it could be) that doesnt mean theyre routing does it. Or was it a rout caused from disease lol. as informative of a screenie that was it left me with more questions...

btw, i love all of the screenies and would like it even more if i could see more of them

Wow, too bad my comp can't run the game on that high of settings, still the landscapes look awesome. I loved the pic with that archer lit on fire in the snow, glorious.
