I have Radious and Constantine side by side, so I think its safe.

As long as they aren't both active you should be fine. The only time this is a problem is if the mod is in "movie" mode rather than "mod" mode and loads automatically like the Better Arrows/Missiles Mod.

I find it's better to take the mods you aren't using and put them in a folder in another drive and then when u want I use them just switch the mods between the folders. Several times I have had mods activate that I didn't activate which have caused my game to crash a couple times.

Not if you have the steam version though, if you move it, it will most likely redownload itself again

I just create an archive folder in the data directory and move things in and out as needed. That keeps the manager list nice and clean. Alternatively, you can give any pack an extra extension (.off, .disabled, or whatever) and it won't appear in the list, nor will it be loaded under any circumstances.

There's no risk whatsoever. However, one thing to be careful with when running mods together is the conflict check in Mitch's MM. It doesn't catch instances where a table has been renamed (sub-tables or fragments), it only performs a simple name check. In the case of table fragments where there is a conflict, alphabetical order (of the table name... not the pack name) determines priority... moving the mod higher or lower in the list won't make a difference. You still have to manually inspect packs to weed out conflicts or do a proper merge.
