Description Say "ambush stance" +50% to the chance discovering hidden agent and army.
It is a lot better than spy intelligence. is it not?

Or does it meant add to spy intelligence?

spys and hidden armys can't be normally be seen on the campain map. every army and every argent has an chance to discover them when they enter his radius. that chance can be increased and decreased. the thing that makes a spy valuable is that he has a big radius and can move while discovering.

Is spy intelligence also rely on radius or can cover whole region.

if the spy moves it is a radius. if the spy deploys it is more like region, or at least a much bigger radius
