There seems to be all. Make sure that you have decent case coolers, that system may cause some serious heat. Don't know if that PSU is high quality, with that system you should get a real good brand. But look for some tests maybe to find out.
And I would wait at least a couple of weeks, since the prices of those DX10-cards are currently pretty unreasonable, they should go down after a while.
Nothing else I can say about that.

If you could afford it I'd say get 2 gigabytes of (quality) ram, other than that, looks great (and expensive....but price doesn't seem to be an issue, or if it is you have chosen the parts where you want to put the most money...cpu and gpu, but do not forget that ram is one the big 3 parts that decides performance too).

well i was £50 over budget with that - i can always add a gig stick later

secondly if my sale for $2.2k goes thorugh im sure i could get 2GB/4GB DDR 1066/1200
