Some tooltips are too long to display

First of all, thanks to the mod's creator for the better game experience.

I have a problem with the size of some tooltips as there are just too much information on it.
Tooltips that are too long has either the top or bottom part cut off the screen.

I am not sure if this is not DeI specific problem as I had the mod installed from the get go after returning to R2TW.

I would like to know any fixes or workarounds to this problem, though a bigger monitor is not an option for the moment.

I've noticed this too. Some high level buildings have so many effects that a bunch of them are cut off. A solution would be nice.
