Error while unpacking animation file.

I do notunderstand how to unzip the file animation?
When youunzip the file unpacker xidx error occurs:

So you are double clicking "extract animations.bat" and it brings up that error?

I have unpacks M2TW Animation Tool, but when you import a script Cas_utilities.ms in 3ds Max-2012-64 animation .cas - error occurs.

Then to import without error in 3ds Max.
