Has anyone else seen the commerical yet? I was suprised to see it but I was even more suprised to see that it said it's comming out the 17th? I accepted the fact that it's already out in some places and i'd haft to wait to the 14th. But now do we haft to wait to the 17th?

Probably because the final date of release is for the Aussies which is infact the 17th, North Americans get it on the 14th while the Euros get it on the 10th. 4 More days baby!

One quick question about launch dates for the PC... Does it refer to the day it ships or the day when stores are legally allowed to sell copies (assuming they've already received their shipment) because I live in Canada and it's the Rememberance Day long weekend and if it ships out on the 14th I may not get it until the END of next week.

As I understand them, here in America, launch dates are when the stores can sell them lagitamatly, I don't know how it works in Canada as I have never been there nor have I purchest any games there so it could be diferant there.

And that Nov. 17th thing was some kind of mix up I hear. If you are in the States, Canada, or may be evin Mexico you should beable to get it by the 14 in most places. Some towns take longer to get things, Bozeman Montana for example usualy get things the day after the date so you have to wate a little longer than most.

Release date and in stores are 2 different states. I remember when RTW came out and BI, you could not get in on release date physically. Since we have known that in stores on the 17th from Sega tells me that they will release the game to US stores and as soon as the stores get it, they can sell it, which is why Europe got it early. So ebgames and online stores may ship on the 14th, maybe the 15th.
