I need a roll to se if NPC Lords of Altam and Vici System will allow me to trade between this two System. I have +4 Charisma if that makes any difference

First off, I'm still not yet completely familiar with how merchant rules work so bare with me on that.

Form what I can tell, you are trying to establish your headquarters on one of the two planets and then trading between the two planets correct? If that's the case, the roll will be as follows:

Roll 1: Setting up your Headquarters n an NPC Planet:

Base: 10/20 chance
Modifiers: +4 Charisma
Final Roll: 14/20 acceptance

Rolled a 13, the Lord accepts.

Roll 2 -Tariff Roll:

Base D*20 roll
Modifiers: -4 due to charisma (I'll still roll a D*20 and subtract it rform that value)

Rolled a 12 - 4 = 8% tariff for which ever planet.

Roll 3 - Trade Roll:

Base: 10/20 chance
Modifiers: +4 Charisma
Final: 14/20 chance

Rolled a 5, the trade route is accepted.

I am trying to establish a trade route between two Systems with no HQ since I have responded to DarkOne89 transmision about investors and am waiting for him to respond. If I can not trade without a HQ then I will establish it

I think that you will need to set up a headquarters on Acamar (Darkone's planet) first before you start trading. This does nullify Roll 1 for you as a result but since I don't want to make it more of a hassle for you/waste my earlier rolls, Roll 2 and Roll 3 are still applicable for you. Just choose one of the two planets and you will have that as your first official trade lane.

I need a roll for Acamar - Vici

HQ is in Acamar

I'm confused about the merchant rules

Can you have two trade fleets doing two totally different trade routes if you haven't got any HQ?

If possible can I please get a roll for my piracy in the Terra Nova system? I did my homework and it says there are 5 player trade fleets in the system. I'm not sure if there are more. Also, I have the skills +5 Guerilla Warfare Expert and +2 Veteran Navigator along with a Pirahna pirate ship.

Can I have persuasion rolls for Izar, Spica and Jalta's lords please.

They are all barons, so I am 4 ranks above them.
The diplomat I am sending has +4 charisma.
I am their overlord.

I'm asking them to vite for me as Lord Admiral FYI.

You'll need to make a thread in The Spacelanes, like this one. Charisma also only applies to the character itself - an aux sent on their behalf wouldn't be party to that bonus. Rank and overlord modifiers do apply though.
