    Default Constant crash at the end of the very first AI turn on HatG.

    As the thread title says, I'm getting a crash at the end of the first ai turn.

    I'm using the 23rd of January update patch, the stand alone mod from the forum, and the DeI Unit names and factions returned to English official sub mod. That's it.



    I know HatG is compatible with DeI, there was a thread a while back about someone finishing a HatG campaign with DeI and it was the most fun he ever had, I finally wanted to give a punic wars focused campaign a go.


    I'll go out on a limb, but is something with having the hotpatch screwing with the dlc campaigns? If that's the case I'll just wait till 1.1 to do a HatG campaign.

    Nothing in the hotfix should affect HatG that I know. Have you tried without the unit names submod?

    No, though that seems odd that it might be the case. Since it's only a text edit I never even thought to try without it. Let me find out.


    Edit: Sure enough, without the English unit/faction names sub mod it went to the next turn without crashes.

    Well I am stumped as to how something that changes names for the grand campaign could even remotely effect the dlc campaign. But whatever I guess?

    I apologize for wasting time with such simple troubleshooting.
