Default How could i mod my SS6.4 to make it as 1 huge campaing??

It's a while that I'm playing SS6.4, and surely this is a ing awesome mod. But the only thing that bothers me is that or you beguings in 'Early Era' (wich is my favorite because i like building an empire from the very start) but you cant get the later units and cities ,buildings, or you pick Late Era, that is nice but i really dont like to start that strong ....
So the only way i can think of doing this is going for de scripts of late era and setting all the regions as small towns and wooden castles(of course that capitals would be quite more advanced) , and replacing the preset armies with Early units.
Could someone tell me if there is a way of doing this , or pointing me an mod that would attend to my current situation??

    I thank any reply.

    I don't understand?

Early Era starts at 1100, and Late Era at 1220. You can play Early Era, get to 1220 and continue as though you'd just started a Late Campaign?

the matter is that through the 'Early Era', as you go further in game, you have no access to the more advanced units found in Late Era. It can be seen easily both through custom battle or the campaign itself , as you evolve and get stuck in early units and with a limit of city/castle upgrades.

    but thanks for replying

I understand that you can change the population of any settlement, although if its already a city, it won't downgrade to the town, as an example. Tbh I do not believe there are any mods, that are going to do what you want, primarily as when SS has been developed we have always tried to keep it historic as possible, can you imagine the outrage if Constantinople was downgraded to a town!!!!!
You could try disbanding units, selling settlements, giving money to allies or the pope or relocate somewhere else.

It is certainly possible to change the settlements, you are going to wait for a modder to come by or visit the Mod Workshop and ask your questions.

what i was trying to say is modding through the archives of the game like descr_strat or other data text archives.
    thanks

Custom battles "eras" do not dictate what units are available to factions in the campaign. the campaign and custom battles are separate although units are similar. If you start a early campaign you will eventually get late Era troops

Bica, you can start off in 1100 with Fyrd Spearmen and play until 1400+ with mounted flintlocks in the same campaign.

Well, you'd have to play a lot of turns before you get access to more modern units but it is possible.
