Attila TW, Region Lock

While someone was recently asking me whether my MOD will make it to Attila TW, I was surprised that the game is locked in the Korean Steam Store? Is there any particular reason for that, since all other TW Games seem to be available for purchase here?

Ask SEGA/Steam or most probably South Korean ministry which is in charge of pc games digital distribution.

It's the same here in China. All TW games are locked

Same here in Hong Kong, all Creative Assembly games / dlc remain (i should say "have always been") locked.
Need to purchase dlc keys online or import a physical copy of the games.

its the new steam policy, more or less every game is region locked now.

If I am correct Korea, Japan and the Greater China Region (PRC+TW+HK/Macao) have their own publishers with rights from Sega to sell their games exclusively via physical copies and as a result those items are locked on steam for those players.
