So I've been trying to get into Rome 2 since I rebuilt my computer however I find my game constantly crashing/freezing. Usually it's a case of the screen goes black and only the music continues, I can pause and unpause but physically cannot see it as I am stuck with a black screen. I've been trying to look into this and it seems it happens in vanilla also although it is less consistent which leads me to believe its a resource issue of some kind and with DEI being more demanding I thought I'd start here.
I have included this piece from my DxDiag
