They just effect the Provience. I believe the effects stack but I'm not 100% sure about that.

Higher tier markets give the domesticated pro bono labor workforce buff, which is global i think.

The 2nd tier Slave market makes you produce 1 trained slave which I assume turns it into a resource you export to your trade partners. I have one in Rome and Tingis in my Roman campaign, eventually I might get that 3rd tier for better reduction to slave penalties.Originally Posted by Drowsy
