Can't run new campaign

Ok, so I've had one problem after another. It started with a CTD and I went about trying to download the fixes and now I can't even start up a new early campaign. When I first turn the game on I can click on early campaign and select which country I want to be along with the other options but when I click start it just takes me back to the previous menu. I go to click on early campaign again and it won't even let me go to it. Whats going on here?

It will however let me do the quick battles and all the other mini battles.

EDIT: Just wanted to add things I'd done to try to resolve the problem after some research. I've:

Rolled back my graphics card
turned off all submods
turned anti-aliasing from 0 to 2
run ss_setup and ss_launcher as admin from multiple standpoints
my UAC is turned off

EDIT EDIT: After a lot of time reloading different aspects of the game, submods, bugfix compilations, addendums and SS6.4 itself, I've finally figured out the problem. One of the submods I just started to use was causing it But at least I've found the reason. Now if I don't CTD during seiges that would be great.
