Default Victory conditions seem out of reach?

I'm late in my campaign and I was taking a gander at the 3 different victory conditions and all of them just seem so far out of my grasp that I won't ever reach them. For one, the military campaign seems doable, but then I see that I need to maintain a gastronomical amount of units total, far more than my income would allow it seems. The economic victory seems impossible because of how few factions there are left, and then the cultural victory seems somewhat within my range, but then again it seems extremely hard.

Does anyone have any tips as to how to achieve each of the victories? They seem fairly difficult to achieve, considering you A) can't just Blitzkrieg through the map as your settlements would be rebelling every turn from cultural differences and such, B) Most potential trade partners are "offed" this late in the game, and C) refer to A.

You could actually blitzkrieg the end, capture the settlements then turn off taxes there and keep going like that. Raise a small army /w mercs once they rebel and keep doing it to ea one that does. for the unit thing, just collect money, then raise all armies u can in different provinces and just spam recruitments til u hit the cap. just make sure to pool enough money that u could go into the negative without going bankrupt in less that 5 turns.
