Turns per year?

How do i tell the turns per year in my script? I know DEI uses 4 tpy now right? But it seems my campaign is 2 turns. The only sub mods i have installed are the celtic, germanic, and eastern general packs. I also have the DEI english names pack.

The simplest way to see how many turns you've got is to end turn until it gets to the next year. Then count the turns it takes to proceed to the next year.

Or from the age of a general from year X to year Y.

Also, i thought DEI hot rid of all the General powers, yet i am able to still use some.....

Nope, DeI got rid of most activated abilities, but not the General ones. The effects of most of them have been changed though.
