Henneth Annun Battle Ctd

hey guys, i'm running mos 1.6.2 (DIRECTORS CUT so technically 6.3)

I have a weird ctd that happens only on the henneth annun map on campaign, the battle will start fine, will go smoothly as my archers do their thing, but the literal second i come into melee combat with anything the game crashes its rather bizarre, only happens on that map. any ideas? i deleleted the map.rwms, changed daylight saving and the new_geography file so i cant figure out what could cause it, any ideas? much appreciated.

ok so quick update, the crash only happens when my ithilien rangers go into melee combat. the hell is going on lol?
