An interessting screenshot for the siege people.

I was sieged today and wanted to lift the siege and look if the days of the AI standing in a rain of arrow fire is over.

Well see for your self, i marked where my archers were and do note they walked to there they did not start that way.

Another funny thing, the general pulled an "braveheart". He let his men die for him and then he ran!

I think he's saying they moved out of range of the arrow towers.

Wallace ran at the battle of Falkirk because the army was routing. It was basically a massacre of Scots. Why would you stay.. you would be the only one not running.

You could say that about allot of people in history but why you say it about Wallace flabbergasts me.

I meant when king henry fleed and left his men to die its the scene before wallace knocks bruce from his horse.

And i meant the computer does not get provocted anymore to get into archer fire(when i got sieged in rtw i just let some infantry out of the city and let my archers kill em all they dont do that anymore) it was quite a cheap trick allot of people used.

Keep in mind that CA has stated there will be a patch on official release that fixes the AI not moving its army.

The only thing I can think is that the French were shooting at his archers on the tower, and because of this his archers automatically moved out of the way.
