    Default MTW2 - Regnum Dei v1.0 "All Factions" (Download)

    TTO and NMA Presents - Regnum Dei - The Mod for Medieval 2: Total War

    RDM Mod Version 1.0 - All game factions are playable from the start.

    The starting playable factions are:

    - England, France, Hre, Spain, Venice, Sicily, Milan, Scotland, Byzantium, Russia, Moors, Turks, Egypt, Denmark, Portugal, Poland, Hungary,

    The Aztecs, Mongols, Timurids are playable in v1.2 - work in progress [WIP].

    The Papal States and the Rebels have not been added out of CTD fear. We will investigate this issue ASAP.

    -Years are now enabled

    Where do the Mongols & Timurids start and do they have cities or are they horded? (Or is the horde feature even in MTW2?)

    If you play the Aztecs how do you cross the Atlantic, did you add a port and boat to them?

    How do the Aztecs & Timurids work? Do they work like the autopilot mods where you just skip to the point where the faction emerges?

    I'm very curious as well. I don't even have the game but this is definately the first thing I'm going to add to it.

    Great work, made it snappy but I hope these factions work decently

    Same, im getting it tomorrow, and I think i'll get this mod right away. Looks awesome if you could play the Aztecs right from the start.

    damn!! 5 full stack armys right off the bat!! ohhh theres gonna be some blood spilling to do... now we just have to find out the simple logistics of it... how to get those armys to europe... hmmm

    Well the Aztecs work but they are completly naked - need scripting and fixing.

    Nice work Burebista, I'll be sure to try this when I get the game.

    Notice how rich they are already, even after only 2 turns! I guess CA wasnt joking when they said that their resources brought home pretty big bacon.

    Also keep in mind that the Aztecs are probably balanced for the later period Old World armies.

    With that much cash I can easily see them doing a millenia-early D-Day onto Europe and steamrolling over early era Militia troops.

    Unless that is, that they are not scripted for naval invasions since there is no land bridge from the Americas to Europe.

    I think I will keep them and the Timurids and Mongols unplayable, however, it is nice that I will have the option to play as them in the future.

    Again - the Aztecs can be played partially - but I removed them. I need acces to desc_units and descr_buildings to make them work well - so we have to wait

    Was it just the textfile that was edited to unlock all the factions? What can we expect in the next version, its obviously something harder.

    Download to look (Picking up M2TW CE tomorrow) its only the descr_strat with factions moved to playable

    Yes - if someone unpacks the data txt files For now I enjoy playing the game on hard... and it is hard

    Actually, they should be... it's just that they are in PAK files. The general belief is that CA will release some sort of unpacker so that we can access the txt files.
