Civis
Colchis
Hey all,
Not sure if this is something that is in the plans to be reworked or not, but why is Colchis' culture hellenistic?
From my understanding, the Kingdom of Colchis was an early Georgian kingdom. Yes, their starting city of Phasis was a Greek colony, but the kingdom itself was Georgian.
I don't have knowledge on the subject, just a few readings I have gone through, so I would love for someone with more knowledge on the subject to enlighten me if they could. If I am dead wrong just let me know.

Re: Colchis
Colchis hasn't really been touched in DeI yet. The team never planned to make them playable; they only are playable because they're included in the Black Sea DLC. In vanilla, they have Hellenic culture, as they're meant to represent that Greek colony at Phasis. Maybe a new custom culture for the three factions in the Caucasus could be made in the future, since they're all either Hellenic or Persian currently, neither of which is really accurate.
