Default Political Influence impact of traitsOR is the influence increase

    so quick question,

ben playing my first DEI campaign as the Seleucids and so far it's going good,
The east and arabria are completely conquered or call me "my liege",
however after a "enemy at the gates" bug my influence dropped and it just won't go up,

Currently i have 4 generals of my faction owning the final promotion which gives them each about +3 political influence per turn, they all have above 1000 gravitas and the other families consist ,after a succesfull civil war, of 1 lonely admiral in the middle of the Mare Nostrum. This combined with various influence gaining skills and traits in other generals.

    HOWEVER
i've been only steadily gaining 1 judge per turn.... to put it in perspective there are about 350 judges so i keep floating about 60% power which is a problem in a kingdom...

So does these traits, skills and promotions actually work or is the impact not as great as advertised, i thought +1 influence per turn would mean +1 judge each turn.
And if it really has that small an impact maybe these traits should be buffed? i mean it's crazy that all my armies (8) controlled by my family are intensily fighting (about 5 armies) meanwhile there is a silly admiral playing "how many dolplhins will i see today" only losing 1 judge a day?

OR is the influence increase per turn capped?? like it can only shift 1 judge a turn?? If so i'd like to know because then it should really tone my influence gaining focus down.

Thanks in advance for any help/ opinions/ tips provided

Total gravitas have no meaning what so ever on influence.

Gravitas earned per turn per faction dictates the percentage, there is a so-so complicated (for multi-faction nations) formula to go with it.

That's the simple version of how I understand the system.
