How many units in an AI army?

I have edited saved file in order to increase the units in an army to 80. The AI still only recruits 41 units per army. Is this limited somewhere else? Can someone please give me a hint where? =o)

Actually, not sure I want to allow the AI to run around with armies with 80 units each because I can't seem to get reinforcement into the battles and the AI is throwing 3-5 armies at me, each with 30-40 units. My 80 units end up having to hold against 120+ units in most battles. The barbarians keep coming and coming... =o}

So this begs me to ask; how is the reinforcement controlled? If start a battle with 80 units, but have another 40-80 units for support, I wont actually receive any reinforcements until I have less than 40 units on the battlefield. Is there a way to set this reinforcement number to 80?
