Disappearing unit cards

Hi all I've run into a bit of a problem with my campaign as Rome. Just some background I've used the pack file manager to modify the unit caps because while I appreciate the historical accuracy I enjoy having my armies be standardized.

So anyway currently in my Rome campaign I've run into a bit of a problem. When I recruit certain units the unit cards disappear. For example I can recruit the Cohors Prima (Marian First Cohort) but after I click the button once the unit card disappears and I am unable to recruit more. I was initially put off by this but found no way to fix it so I simply used the Legionarii Veterani (Marian Veteran Legionaries) as my staple infantry however they too are now giving me this problem. I don't know if this is supposed to be some sort of hard cap on certain units or if I may have messed up something when I modified the pack file. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated

You propably messed up the scripts for the unit caps somehow. Unless some of the other from the team manages to help you I can take a look at it when I get home later today.

Sounds like you may have messed up the unit names/unit caps with specific cards that we have in our pack file. In PFM some units use the same cards throughout multiple factions.

If you delete the DEI mod and reinstall fresh do you still get the error?

Update: I've completely uninstalled and then re installed the mod but that didn't change anything. I'm going to try uninstalling the mod and Rome 2 and see what that does.

I've tried uninstalling and re installing both the mod and game at the same time and I'm still having this problem. I went into the custom battle menu and noticed that the Cohors Prima was restricted to 1 per an army so that somewhat explains why their card disappears but doesn't explain the Legionarii Veterani disappearing unless they have some sort of global cap.
