From this day til then end of days I declare House Lannister as traitors to the Faith and to all followers of it. In the recent time the headens of West has held the Seven in order to war upon any person who is not a follower of the Seven. That is over. Willem Lannister has proclaimed himself King, I will not allow that. He has had progress on the Iron Islands and in the Riverlands, in that followed wealth and power.
The only way to end House Lannister and its way against the Faith of the Seven, is thru force.
Because of this the Military Wing of the Faith has been ordered launched a campaign in the Westerlands. The Warrior sons and the Poor Fellows are marching deep in the West. Already now Casterly Rock, Lannisport, Crakehall and the town of Kayce is under siege. They will be liberated and put under strict law of the Seven. There shall be NO brothels in the lands who truly follow the Seven!
Blood and Steel will free the Westerlands, it is the only way.
I am giving House Tully one chance, one single chance to change their faith. Go back to the gods of your ancestors and the Faith will allow you to serve the Righteous.
With the Faith in the Westerlands, the Followers of the water and the Old Trees will need to adapt to a greater foe.
The Faith of the Seven will spread to every corner of the Realm, with force or any other means necessary.

In other news Loras Tyrell, leader of Military Wing of the Faith has died of poor health. The council has elected Horas Hobber as the new leader. A good man who has followed the Faith for a long time and has a good mind for strategy.

A war launched for gold most likely, You seem to forget House Lannister is attacking the recently converted River lord's along with the followers of the Drowned god . Oh well and also considering that Renly/Edric are dead I believe? well shall be dead soon will be giving House Lannister a very thin claim to the Iron throne of Westeros.

The Battle of Ashford Plains

After taking Tumbleton, Lord Axell Florent, Endrew Fell and Simon Dondarrion spotted Matthias Rowan and Bryan Fossoway's armies camped out on the plains. Under Stannis Baratheon's orders, they marched out to meet the Tyrell forces in battle. Their numbers were evenly matched and the battle that commenced was truly an epic battle but the Army of the Lord of Light defeated the Tyrell forces and sent both Rowan's and Fossoway's armies scattering further into the Reach.

The Battle of the Kingswood.

"Your Grace, your brother in law Axell has marched out to meet the Tyrell forces camped out in the open in the Ashford plains. Shall we join them in battle?" Davos asked Stannis as they took a walk through their fort encampment.
The King gave a sour look. "It's strange, this seems too easy."
"What do you mean, your Grace?" Davos asked.
"Randall Tarly is no fool, there is no way he would leave his armies out in the open like that." Stannis said.
"A trap? Would Tarly be so bold?" Davos exclaimed.
"Tarly should never be underestimated, he did give my brother Robert his only defeat during his rebellion." Stannis recalled.
"Your Grace," A familiar sultry voice called out to them. It was the Red Priestess, Lady Melisandre approaching them with conviction.
"Lady Melisandre? What is it that troubles you?" Stannis asked intrigued.
"Your Grace, the Lord's Chosen, your enemy lays a trap for you, I saw a red hunter with a red bow and arrrow watching a flaming stag in a thick forest, when the stag turned it's back on the hunter, it shot the stag down." The Lady Melisandre foretold with an ominous voice.
"Does your Red God always need to speak in riddles? What does this mean, my Lady?" Davos asked annoyed.
"It means that Randall Tarly is waiting to ambush us from the Kingswood." Stannis concluded matter of factly to the surprise of both the Red Lady and Lord Davos. "The Red Hunter with the bow and arrow is obviously the sigil of House Tarly and I am the Flaming Stag, there is no thicker forest nearby than the Kingswood." He explained.
"That is why he is the Lord's Chosen." Lady Melisandre said proudly.
"Lord Davos, send scouting parties immediately." Stannis ordered.
"Yes, your Grace." Davos bowed.

The Battle.

It wasn't long until the King's scouting parties discovered the armies of Randall Tarly waiting to ambush Stannis Baratheon's forces. Stannis took the intiative and attacked each army at night, catching each army off guard. Randall Tarly and his forces were taken completely by surprise and they smashed within the night. The Army of the Lord of Light took few casualties while Randall Tarly's force was defeated, his remaining men fled into the forest and took refuge in their abandoned forts. With the defeat of Randall Tarly, the Tyrell host that marched towards King's Landing is now crushed.
