Well he moved the ships which were defeated and then moved his units. I would have sank the ship and the men on board :S

Since he moved the ships and the men in question were on-board and disembarked after the ship had moved to the coast, the units will be disbanded.

Wow, it appears that the Starks have lost their honor. If I recall correctly, Stark and Tully agreed to a Non Aggressive Pact. Congratulations, Napslis, you just committed political suicide forever on TWC. You are now black listed as untrustworthy, good luck getting allies in any of your hotseats.

Actually, if you read the OP, Stark and Stannis are at war over a misunderstanding. Stannis had no intentions of burning Robb Stark, he was his Marshal and practically Stannis right hand man during the previous war. House Royce directly attacked the Crown lands and for that they will be put to death as traitors. I had Parafix negotiate with you because it seemed fitting that distant relatives and friends of the Starks negotiate on my behalf. I offered you a place back in my court, forgiveness from your treason and even the northern castles of the Vale and you choose to betray your own friends who did nothing to you. I am a one chance man, you blew it, now you will pay by watching the North burn. If you think for a second that you stand a chance, the Vale lost three full armies trying to attack me, your armies will meet the same fate. Good luck, traitor and oath breaker.
