    Default 42 mêlée attack for Gallic chosen swordmen?

    On my Carthage campaign I been losing quite a few battles against the Gallic Nervii, their chosen swordmen and tribal Germanic swordmen have between 40 and 50 melee attack, is this intended? Is this true for other players?
